Amend the Constitution and the Legislative Standards Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Fixes Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. zLost
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. YeetGlazer

2 - Reasons
(1) To fix some possible loopholes in the LSA.
(2) To allow bills to pass voting instantly if they reach a supermajority.

3 - Amendments
Part 3 and 5 in Section 10 of the LSA will be amended as follows:

Part 15 in Section 12 of the LSA will be amended as follows:
(15) Abstentions
(a) An abstention vote must be submitted during voting if the member is not voting for or against the matter before congress. Failure to vote at all will be considered a non-vote and for the purposes of all other acts will be counted as an abstention.
