Establish Sporadically Scheduled Purges​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Friday The 13th Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative lcn.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative AlexanderLove.

2 - Reasons
(1) To give Redmont citizens a legally enforced period of catharsis, where all negative emotions and will to do crime be vented.

3 - Terms
(1) Using Eastern Standard Time, or UTC-5:00, on each Friday the 13th, from 12:00AM to 11:59PM, the following crimes shall be pardoned:
(i) Verbal Threats,
(ii) Bank Trespassing,
(iii) Buffing,
(iv) Illicit Arms Trafficking,
(v) Illicit Substance Possession,
(vi) Illicit Substance Trafficking,
(vii) Weapon of Mass Destruction Possession,
(viii) Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking,
(ix) Assault,
(x) Attempted Murder,
(xi) Dispersal Order Breach,
(xii) Harassment, Alarm, or Distress,
(xiii) Violent Disorder,
(xiv) Murder,
(xv) ATM Robbery,
(xvi) Bank Robbery,
(xvii) NPC Robbery,
(xviii) Trespass,
(xix) Serial Killing,
(xx) Kidnapping,
(xxi) Hostage Holding,
(xxii) Careless Driving,
(xxiii) Incitement (if the crime incited is a crime mentioned in this Act),
(xxiv) Weaponry in Safe Zones,
(xxv) Public Nuisance,
(xxvi) Cheating Act,
(xxvii) Conspiracy (if the intent is to commit a crime mentioned in this Act),
(xxviii) Obstruction of an Emergency Service,
(xxix) Accomplice to a Crime (if the crime committed is a crime mentioned in this Act),
(xxx) Accessory to a Crime (if the crime committed is a crime mentioned in this Act).
