The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Government Bonds Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 – Reasons
(1) This would be a means for the government to either invest in corporate bonds during times
of surplus or sell government bonds in times of financial struggle.

3 - Terms
(1) The DEC shall have the power to create government bonds.
(2) The DEC shall have the power to purchase and sell corporate and government bonds from
and to the public to inject capital into the public or reduce the government’s debt.

Vetoed:

This is an extremely complex and administration heavy addition to the server, which I don't think it requires. The government is also currently in a good financial position.
