Make auto consent areas illegal

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

1 - Short Title and Enactment

1. This Act may be cited as the “Illegal Auto Consent Area Act.”
2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3. This Bill was authored by Representative ElainaThomas29.
4. This Bill was cosponsored by Representative Tair0.
5. This Bill was written in collaboration with the Department of Justice Secretary and Deputy Secretary.

2 - Reasons

1. Many people have begun to put auto consent signs up inside of their stores and properties which often leads to confusion with those being murdered running the /complaint command and thus leading to issues for the Department of Justice.

3 – Terms

1. All auto consent areas are invalid, whether they are posted or not.
2. All murders in any area with the exception of the wild or during a DPA hosted event/DPA approved auto consent area in which those being killed do not consent and run the /complaint command will be illegal and the murderer will be charged for the crime.
3. Anyone found to have an auto consent sign posted on their property will be asked to take it down by the Department of Justice. If the sign is not taken down within one week of being reported, staff will be alerted to remove the sign and the owner of the region will be fined $200.
