To
Amend The Constitution
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Increase District Court Requirement Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Aladeen22

2 - Reasons
The District Court was designed to be a place for magistrates to learn, however with the requirements needed for a bill to go there being so small they don't have many cases to learn.
3 - Amend Part II Point 15 of the Constitution:
From:
15. Powers of the District Court
The District Court of Redmont is the appellate court in the first instance for arrests, wrongful seizure, and
in general DoJ police misconduct.
The District Court of Redmont makes judgments on minor criminal prosecutions that result in jail not
exceeding 10 minutes or $1000 dollars of fines.
The District Court of Redmont makes judgments on minor civil cases whose value does not exceed
$5,000 dollars.
The District Court can hear cases that do not involve a lawyer.
