Amend the Judicial Remuneration Act
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Change Judicial Payments Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Justice RelaxedGV.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. xinexyax.
(5) This Act has been requested by the Judiciary.

2 - Reasons
1) The rates at which the Judiciary has been paid in the past and present is grim. Currently, members of the Judiciary can spend up to 2 months on a case and still only walk away with $1200 (Following the current Justice pay rate at 60 days). In the current state of the economy of the server, this is not enough to buy items on the servers such as properties.
2) Although one could say that the members of the Court could just run a business, this distracts those members of the court and allows for more conflicts of interests to form, raising this pay will help lower the need for external income, giving the members of the court more of an incentive to be active on the server, as well as raising the time they have to dedicate to their work within the judiciary, and helping eliminate conflicts of interest.

3 - Judicial Remuneration
(1) Case commissions will be managed by the Judiciary and will be granted at the following rates for the duration of each case they are presiding over:
(2) Justice: $30 per day;
(3) Judge: $25 per day;
(4) Magistrate: $20 per day;

(5) Payments are made according to the time zone of the individual dispensing the funds;
(6) Payments will be made following a case verdict;
