Propose a Budget for the Month of June
(1) Notes
a. This is an exhaustive list of all expenses
b. Commissions are included;
c. All government departments, the Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch will receive a monthly budget;
d. The judicial budget does not include court payouts and fines.
e. The Government is now forecasting fines no longer come out of the main “DCGovernment” balance and instead come out of the appropriate Department budget.
f. The Government has now transitioned from automated salaries/wages to commission-based payment for all Government Departments excluding the Department of Justice and Department of Health.
(2) Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance for the month of June:
a. Department of State (DOS): $95,000;
b. Department of Justice (DOJ) $11,000;
c. Department of Legal Affairs (DLA): $35,500;
d. Department of Commerce (DOC): $60,000;
e. Department of Public Affairs (DPA): $200,000;
f. Department of Construction and Transport (DCT) $130,000;
g. Department of Health (DOH): $5,000;
h. Department of Interior (DOI): $72,000;
i. Department of Education (DOE): $65,000
(3) Branches and Additional Entities will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance for the month of June:
a. The Legislature (LEG); $2,500
b. The Judiciary (JUD); $20,000
(4) Budget Tracking
In the #budget channel, all departments, branches, and additional entities will be required to report any spending over a certain threshold:
a. DOS, DOJ, DLA, DOC, DPA, DCT, DOH, DOI, DOE, LEG, JUD: report all spending over $0
(5) Fiscal Accounts
All Departments shall have a minecraft account, which shall be apportioned as the monthly budget in its balance. The names of the accounts shall be:
