The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: The modern legal board act gives the judiciary more power than the constitution gives.
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

II. FACTS
1. The constitution does not give the judiciary the power to disbar a lawyer
2. The modern legal board act does.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Congress cannot give a branch more power than is given by the constitution
2. The modern legal board act is unconstitutional
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The Modern Legal Board act be stuck down.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
