Amend the Vehicular Offenses Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Licenses Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative lcn.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative zLost.

2 - Reasons

(1) To ensure the safety of our roads and airspace.

3- Amendment
(1) The Vehicular Offenses Act shall be amended as follows:

Under 4 - Offences, add:

(3) Operating Without A License
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of driving a car without a Drivers License, or piloting a plane or helicopter without a Pilots License.
Per Offense: $100 Fine

I'm actually going to vote :nay: on this bill because it isn't amending the Vehicular Offenses Act and is instead directly amending the Laws page, which cause a bit of a clutter.
