COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. Milqy
2. gad78

II. FACTS
1. On March 29, 2022, gad78 came onto my claimed wild base and murdered my villager.
2. This villager had trades that were useful to my company, and personal sales.
3. Staff came onto the property March 30, 2022 and confirmed in the logs that the villager was indeed murdered by him.
4. I lost Income, as the villager was cured and I used the books in my store, and sold the lanterns at the Depot.
5. gad78 also violated my private property and rights.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Villager Murder is a crime that is outlined in law, it carries a $800 fine along with 10 minutes in jail per offence
2. My property was trespassed on and broken into by the defendant.
3. I lost massive amounts of money and product due to this malicious attack

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. I am asking for $2,500 for the value of the villager.
2. I am seeking $2,000 in loss revenue.
3. I am seeking $1000 in lawyer fees.

Evidence:

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

WRIT OF SUMMONS

@gad78 is required to appear before the Federal Court in the case of Milqy v Gad78

Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.​

The defense has not appeared, so I will proceed with default judgement.

The plaintiff is self-representing so I do not see a need to award legal fees.

I order the DOJ to fine gad78 for $4500 and unfine the same amount to Milqy.
