To
Create a legal reform and future committee
The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:
This Motion was moved for by: Eleray
Under Article 3(5) I move to create the following temporary committee:
A. Legal Reform & Future Committee
B. To investigate potential reforms to improve the Redmont Legal System by interviewing members of political and legal leadership and compiling a report.
C. Committee chair appointed by RBA chairperson.
D. Committee members appointed by committee chair. RBA chairperson has an automatic seat.
E. Will disband upon completion and release of report.
