The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I. PARTIES
1. Onyx Ind.
2. Thomo inc

II. FACTS
1. Thomo inc is the subsidiary of Onyx Ind.
2. Thomoray (the majority shareholder and CEO of Thomo inc) has left the server
3. Thomoray, upon becoming a subsidiary, signed a contract stating that 30% of his company profits and a weekly report as well are sent to Zab (CEO of Onyx Ind.) of all profits and earnings
4. Onyx Ind. has not received either since the 7th
5. As shown in the evidence Thomoray had $24,448 worth of material assets

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Thomoray breached their subsidiary contract
2. The outlined punishment for the breach of contract is double the amount withheld (as there is no indication of progress within the company for the numbers below I am going off of material assets as a general assuming of earnings)

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $14668.8 payable to the plaintiff company's CEO (Zab)

Verdict

In the case of Onyx Ind v. Thomo Inc., the Defendant Thomo Inc. has failed to respond within the allotted time issued by the courts. The court hereby grants the Plaintiff the entirety of their prayer for relief of $14668.80.

The court orders the Department of Justice to:
(a) Fine Thomoray "$14668.80" - Owner of ThomoInc.
(b) Unfine _zab_ "$14668.80" - Owner of OnyxInd.
