Revitalise Perm Banned Player’s Assets​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Perm Banned Players Asset Seizure Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Money
(1)All money/funds remaining in a perm banned/exiled players balance is to be transferred to the government balance.

3 - Property/Plots
(1)All buildings/structures on banned/exiled player’s plots are to be vaulted and the empty plot is then to be put up for public auction.
(2)Empty plots owned by the banned/exiled player are to be automatically put up for public auction.
(3)Plots with Structures of Historical significance are to be put up to public auction with the build and all historical structure rules will apply to the new plot owner.

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

1. This Act may be cited as the “LDV Permanently Exiled Players Extraction Act” or the “LDV PEPE Act”
2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3. This Bill was authored by President LilDigiVert & Rep. Rurge.
4. This Bill was co-sponsored by Speaker Mhadsher101.

2 - Reasons Perm deportations are now prioritized over perm bans.
(1) There is no codified mechanism to seize deported players’ assets.
