Change the punishment of the Law 9.2 - Pet Limitation

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Pet Limitation Reform Act ".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative AndreyMia

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this Bill is to change the Punishment of Law 9.2 - Pet Limitation;
(2) This should allow more sensitive punishments, especially for the first offences

3 - Reasons
(1) A lot of newer players are not aware of this pet limitation;
(2) Citizens should not have to go to Jail for the first Offence of this Law.
(3) The previous punishments were not optimized

4 - Replace “9.2 - Pet Limitation
If a citizen has more than 3 tamed animals following them.
Per offence: 10 minutes Jail + asked to surrender any extra animals to the DER’s animal shelter.”

With “9.2 - Pet Limitation
If a citizen has more than 3 tamed animals following them.
First Offence : $20 Fine + given 48 hours to solve this, if no compliance :
Second Offence : $50 Fine + asked to surrender any extra animals to the DER’s animal shelter
Third Offence : 5 Minutes of Jail time + revoke of any extra animals by the DER”
