Modify Plots Prices Criteria
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Plots Prices Act January 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
2 - Reasons: The City of Hamilton has been struggling lately with the amount of commercial plots available. This bill is meant to help the small businesses who can't own 1 plot due to the lack of the plots available as the people owning more plots will have to pay more.
3 - Changes in the Section VI: "Property and Building Regulations" of the Rules and Laws Document:
(1) Point "6.14. Plots Prices" added
(2) "The price to pay for a plot will increase depending of the plots own by the person who is willing to buy it." is added after point (1)
(3) "- The buyer owns no plot, the price will increase 0% of the plot's price.
- The buyer owns 1 plot, the price will increase 10% of the plot's price.
- The buyer owns 2 plots, the price will increase 20% of the plot's price.
- The buyer owns 3 plots or more, the price will increase 30% of the plot's price."
