Generate Government Revenue​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Pruning Tax Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Terms
(1) Any player which is offline for 1 month consecutively will have their balance fully transferred to the Government of DC
(2) If at any point a player returns from a greater than 1 month absence their balance will be fully returned to them automatically upon rejoining the server

3 - Functional Recommendation
(1) To reduce the burden on the staff team to create a plugin we recommend the following process:--
- Whenever a player reaches 1 month of inactivity, their balance is not modified in any way but the Government is given an amount of money equal to their balance with eco give
- Whenever a player that had been absent for more than 1 month returns, the Government is deducted an amount of money equal to their balance with eco remove
(2) While this would require the use of eco commands, it does not add new money into the system but removes the need for forum appeals for returning old players to reclaim their old balances
(3) Section 3 of this bill is purely a recommendation and is not binding in any way
