COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

The DHS(Defendant) imprisoned the RaiTheGuy07, because of Murder the Plaintiff opened a Ticket where he submitted Evidence that the murdered Person had asked them to do so, as they had a Bounty on their Head on RaiTheGuy07 is a very good friend of them(The Plaintiff plans to call them as a Witness later) . The DHS was very fast in their in there responding message, thou they didn't do anything even though there we're cops online. They left him unjustly **ROTTING** in Jail, a not very pleasent place to be.

I. PARTIES
1. RaiTheGuy
2. DHS (Commonwealth)

II. FACTS
1. Plaintiff Kills his friend because he request of that of RaiTheGuy07.
2. The DHS arrests RaiTheGuy07.
3. RaiTheGuy07 is left rotting in Jail even after openning a Ticket with the DHS and multiple Cops being online and the SECRETARY speaking to him.
4. The DHS takes no Action neither unfining the Plaintiff the **false** fines or giving any compesation.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff was left rotting in Jail even after taking the right steps (advised by the DHS/DOJ) and having everything they need.
2. The Plaintiff hasn't been unfined for any damages.
3. The Plaintiff suffered heafty Emotional Damages.
4. The Plaintiff suffered heavy damage towards their reputation.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Emotional Damages: $15,473

Prison is not a nice place to be and the Plaintiff has suffered heavily from this.
Wrongfull Imprisonment is one of the Worst things that could happen to someone this is very Sad that the Plaintiff had to suffer throu this.

2. Reputational Harm: $12,553

Being know as someone who has a Criminal History is a very unpleasent experience and not acceptable to be continued if wrong.
It greatly Impacts the trust people have on you and restricts Individuals from getting certain Jobs.

3.Punitive Damages: $17,532

It is an Outrageous Act by the Defendant they have imprisoned a person wrongfully and have neither have they lifted this Persons Criminal Record.

4. Legal Fees: $15,166 [One third of the Case value]
The Plaintiff has to cover Attorney Cost as well offer up time for this Lawsuit

(Attach evidence and a list of witnesses at the bottom if applicable)

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

Before a summons can be issued, can the plaintiff provide proof of representation?
 

Writ of Summons



@Freeze_Line is required to appear before the Federal Court in the case of RaiTheGuy07 v. Commonwealth of Redmont.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

 
Your Honor, the Plaintiff has changed their legal counsel from Babysoga to Pepecuu, effective immediately.

Motion

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO NOLLE PROSEQUI

After a discussion with the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff's legal counsel respectfully requests a motion to Nolle Prosequi without prejudice, in order to reevaluate the evidence and appoint a new legal counsel.

The Plaintiff would like to thank the court for their time.
