This case is hereby dismissed by the court for lodging a frivolous court case as the Plaintiff has;
(1) accused the defendant of a crime which is handled by the Department of Justice, not the courts.
(2) failed to properly explain or state any of the financial damages incurred as a result of the defendant's actions.

The court orders the Department of Justice to fine RazNM $60 for lodging this frivolous case.
