COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

On the 16th of march, The plaintiff went down the elevator. When doing so, The plaintiff noticed the defendant, The defendant pulled a weapon on the plaintiff, and began willfully attacking him (P-001). In response, The plaintiff pulled out his shield, and sword and began defending himself. The plaintiff successfully killed the defendant in self defense.

A few hours later, on the same day, The defendant came back to the plaintiffs apartment, and began threatening and harassing the plaintiff at his door. In response, the plaintiff called the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Before the DHS officer could arrive, the defendant fled the scene, The DHS officer took a report, and left.
Later on, the defendant was arrested for the crimes committed against the plaintiff, and other people.

A day later, on the 17th of march, while attempting to visit his office, the plaintiff was interrupted by the defendant at spawn. The defendant threatened the plaintiff, and shot at him, the plaintiff again, responded in self-defense and killed the defendant, however as the plaintiff was near spawn, the defendant quickly went back to his location, and killed the plaintiff (P-002).

II. FACTS
1. The defendant committed Attempted Murder and Murder against the plaintiff on the 16th and 17th of March.
2. The defendant harassed and threatened the plaintiff on the same day.
3. The defendant delayed the plaintiffs attempt to finish his office, and to continue his legal education.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant, adonimous_blueYT (Formely StaleUmbrella80), committed Murder and Attempted Murder against the plaintiff. Per the Violent Offences Act, Attempted Murder is defined as: “The act of repetitively hitting a player, causing a loss of more than 3 hearts.”. Murder is defined as: “The act of unlawfully killing another player.” Delaying the plaintiffs construction of his office, and his legal education.
2. This violent act caused not only the loss of enjoyment of the defendant, but emotional damages.

The plaintiff is seeking punitive damages to deter this outrageous behavior in the future, and Consequential Damages in the form of Loss of Enjoyment in Redmont.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. 2500$ in punitive damages, to deter this outrageous behavior and attacks that occurred against the plaintiff in the future.
2. 2000$ due to the loss of enjoyment in the Commonwealth of Redmont.


By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.
