Amend the Constitution​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Reasonable Limits Amendment”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that laws such as defamation, corruption, and other limitations prescribed by law on the rights are protected.
(2) Additionally, this bill ensures that an amendment does not need to be made for every single reasonable limitation on such.

3 - Amendments
(1) Under "Rights & Freedoms" changes "The Redmont Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it, subject only to such reasonable limits codified within this constitution that are justified in a free and democratic server." to "The Redmont Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it, subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law that are justified in a free and democratic society."

This bill has received presidential assent and is hereby signed into law.​
