Reduction of Voting Rewards - February 2025​

1, Justification
As per feedback both from working Citizens and business owners, there has been a notable disincentive to participate in the broader economy by means of supplying shops and/or engaging in the labour force, attributed to high cash rewards from voting (/vote).

To rectify this, I propose that we reduce voting rewards from levels instated first in July 2024 as well as scaffold the rewards themselves.

2. Proposed Voting Rewards

$25 and 50 cosmetic coins with a 20% chance of obtaining these rewards.
$50 and 100 cosmetic coins with a 20% chance of obtaining these rewards.
$75 and 150 cosmetic coins with a 18% chance of obtaining these rewards.
$100 and 200 cosmetic coins with a 16% chance of obtaining these rewards.
$125 and 250 cosmetic coins with a 12% chance of obtaining these rewards.
$150 and 300 cosmetic coins with a 12% chance of obtaining these rewards.
1 Ultra Crate with a 2% chance of obtaining these rewards.

3. Implementation
Within 24 hours of the Board's approval, the FRB shall notify Staff to implement these changes.
