Amend the Constitution​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Senate Amendments Quick Fix Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately after it has been signed into law.
(3) This Act has been authored by Sen. Dartanman
(4) This Act has been proposed by Rep. TheReal42Person.
(5) This Act is co-sponsored by Sen. Dartanman

2 - Reasons
(1) The Senate can amend bills without approval from the House. This should be fixed.

3 - Constitutional Amendments
2. Role of Congress
The Congress is responsible for debating, creating, removing, and amending country laws and specified rules. The Congress is therefore key in representing the will of the people, allowing every citizen to have either a direct or indirect impact on the governance of the country.

Once the bill and any amendments have been approved by both chambers of Congress, it is then sent to the President for their approval. The President has 14 days to sign or veto a bill from the time that they are notified, otherwise he or she will be in violation of their constitutional duties and the bill will be auto-vetoed.
