STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

- Formulated guide to financial statements and started auditing standards

- Finished auditing standards for financial institutions

Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in December:
DOI Deputy Secretary winterwolf has implemented a guide for both Supply Officers and Supply Managers. In addition, tenders have been successfully started again, with three tenders completed, three tenders in progress, two tenders open for bidding, and two tenders being created. Additionally, a drop off area for tender supplies has been implemented at the supply depot to streamline material pickup. The DOI has also accepted one new supply manager, three new supply officers, four new rangers. Secretary Kvogt2340 has appointed two new Deputy Secretaries: McBrittle378 and winterwolf. The new rangers and supply officers have been trained/in the process of being trained. Wild cleanup has been proceeding as normal.
Goals for January:
The DOI plans to release two new tenders, and reopen two more tenders as of right now. The DOI also plans on releasing more tenders to fulfill agricultural stockpile needs for the Caverns. The DOI will need to be notified by other departments for any material needs for future tenders in the coming month. The DOI plans to accept more supply officers and rangers in the coming month.

The DOI would like to look into expanding Willow, as there have been some new players complaining how there are no open willow farm plots.
Department of Public Affairs (DPA)

Achievements in December:
Expanded the guide branch exponentially, expanded data pertaining to brewing and fishing jobs, helped implement guns/ammo and made progress towards balancing these guns into the economy, and renamed the archivist manager and archivist to information officer and information manager.
Goals for January:
- More updates pertaining to the guns/ammo.
- The reopening of the professor job for application.
- Working with staff towards the implementation of more custom items.
- Continuing our work on updating the exams/guides/wiki.

The Crime Update has finally came, although we are still exploring on the new plugin system.
