STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Achievements in March:
- Hired new Electoral Officers
- Successfully conducted March Congressional Elections, Aventura and Oakridge elections

- Provided Congress with new Bills on electoral standards and requirement clarification

- Start formalising auditing procedures to go on forums

Achievements in March:
- Made progress on audits. Banks are beginning to understand we're being serious.
- New hires, particularly in compliance department to assist with audits
- Reworked market rules for consistency between channels
- Added new market rules to account for new situation

- Begininning of economic report
- Implementation of new grants
- Continued enforcement of compliance standards

Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in March:
The Department of the Interior recently celebrated World Water Day, raising awareness for the importance of water conservation. Additionally, we've made strides with leadership by promoting two employees, and welcomed three new employees to the department. The DOI also organized a Ranger Work Day with a focus on landscaping near wild warps. Furthermore, the DOI and DCT leadership have been communicating with a new policy to regulate the Willow District and the early stages of planning for a national park.
Goals for April:
We anticipate recruiting more ranger and supply officers, and plan on increasing the number of tenders in the near future. The DOI also intends to have more Ranger Work Days and to raise awareness for important internationally recognized nature-related holidays. Lastly, the DOI intends on continuing communication with the DCT in regards to Willow and the national park.

Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in March:
DCTV Work, promotions, more hires

Department of Education (DOE)
Achievements in March:
Massive increase in articles on the wiki spanning from documenting historical events and institutions, to individuals who are notable in the community.
Museum has had donations and additions to help keep track of the history we have there.
The DOE has added a role to help manage the museums, since the region had been restricted more before.
The DOE is tracking Legal Exam pass dates in line with recent court decision.
Began work on tracking inventory separate from the in-game museum, to be viewed potentially on the wiki, but also for documentation purposes.
Started an audit process for exams, and working toward getting fixes made for either the guide or the exam where required!
Goals for April:
More archiving!
Internal policy for auditing exams and guides to help the public keep the DoE accountable, and to help the DoE track issues. Work has started on this -- we want to make this a public policy this month.
The department will also be enacting on the new executive order for policy reforms, and looking to the passed resolution for an apartment registry.
