STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Achievements in November:
- Completed Uni Hospital
- Main Reveille Hospital Renovation
- Progress on wharf relocation and construction
- Prison Update / Relocation 75% completed

- Embassy's Relocated
- Building Regulations for Extensions and Exemptions updated.

- Completion of Prison Project

Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in November:
- New University Hospital
- Created a Counting Channel to keep our members busy
- Built an Information Board in the main hospital to keep non-discord members up-to-date
- Fired 5 Inactive Doctors & 1 Medical Specialist
- Created a Feedback Form
- Introduced Medical Specialist of the Month as well as payment for each Training & Evaluation they do
- Medical Exam merged into 1
- Re-opened Medical Exams
Goals for December:
- New Deputy Secretary
- Maybe a new rank, still deciding
- Maybe pharmacist update

Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in November:
We are creating more analytical tools, currently using cpis to compare and see what industries and certain items are going up/down and what we can do to support them (grants, buy back of blocks etc). We have also created a credit system as a test roll out that we plan to revise and make better as we work through it and possibly hand it off to the FED assuming that passes. We also created the cpi and are creating Octobers cpi (September data) to catch up on the previous admin. We are just catching up on lots of busy work as well like getting the business shoutouts refreshed (made 160k I believe), deleting old businesses off forums, etc.
Goals for December:
We hope to track more analytics of the government and economy to better inform new policy. Most likely looking at different government/company balances and see where the economy is spending etc. I also want to continue refining the banking taxing process and credit system before I assume we will hand it off to the FED. As well as all of this we are still continuing on day to day stuff and the stuff mentioned in previous on what we did.

Achievements in November:
SUPPLY MANAGERS!!!!
- Opened applications, already accepted 2
- Wrote a guide
- Trying to figure out the best way to handle them
- Re-organized the supply depot
- Completed 1 tender, 1 more still being worked on
THE DOI HAS BEEN MORE ACTIVE THIS MONTH THAN THE WHOLE PAST YEAR!!!
Goals for December:
- Fully functioning Supply Depot
- More activity from both sides of the department
- More tenders
Approximate Funds Spent:
$58,000 (+$20,000 for the tender) so $68,000
Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in November:
Still collaborating with DCT to finalize new building design, planned all December events, created scripts for DC YT advertisement, cleared out pending adoptions, and hired some ECs.
Goals for December:
Server social media advertisement, a lot of holiday events, and general fun with the community.

About 86k, 4k under our estimated spending for the month (We knew November would be slow)
