1. The word "BusinessCraft" is not allowed to be said neither in the server nor the Discord server

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. These facts ban a word and is an act of censorship.
2. The constitution is violated by doing this, specifically section IV clause VI: Freedom of Political Communication

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the defendant:
1. For this to stop, and for us to be allowed to say the word "BusinessCraft" across all platforms

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court

Verdict

This is an issue with staff and the server rules, not the laws. This has nothing to do with the government. It is posted on forums that you make sure that when you file a lawsuit it has to do with laws and not rules. Because of this I hereby order the DOJ to fine you for filing a frivolous case.
