2 - Reasons
- This Act shall codify the rules correlated to Tenants and Landlords, in response to recent controversies over what is and is not allowed.
3 - Terms
- Landlords of the apartment building, or rent areas are not allowed to come onto property that was rented or given to another person under a clause.
- This clause can be anywhere from a written contract, or a verbal agreement that a plot will be used and adhere to DCT regulations.
- The tenant of an apartment building is afforded the same rights as the Landlord.
- When renting an apartment region, or an entire plot, the person is subsequently owning that area of the plot.
- This also means that the owner of the plot is not allowed to violate the tenant’s private section, and trespass without permission.
- If the Landlord wishes to gain access to a Tenant’s property, they must be given a 12-hour notice, prior to entry.
- This can be anywhere from a /msg or sending a mail to the tenant if the said person is offline.
