The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘That's Not Complex Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately after it has been signed into law, and passage of Referendum.
(3) This Act has been authored by Sen. Dartanman
(4) This Act has been proposed by Rep. JediAJMan
(5) This Act is co-sponsored by Sen. Dartanman
2 - Reasons
(1) Establishing Towns has historically been done via Executive Order – not Constitutional amendment.
3 - Constitutional Amendments
(1) Remove the part highlighted red.

A complex change includes the following and needs to be discussed with the Owner before being signed by the President:

- Changes to the System of Government.
- Plugin-related changes.
- Changes involving significant staff involvement.
- Creation of new towns/cities/urban establishments.
- A Rights & Freedoms change.
