The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

PROSECUTING AUTHORITY REPORT
The Defendant illegally trafficked Buffs on two separate occasions. This type of behavior is a clear violation of the law and should be put to a stop.


I. PARTIES

II. FACTS

1. On December 8th, 2024 (In EST), the defendant illegally sold buffs as seen in Exhibit A.
2. The same day, the defendant illegally sold buffs yet again as seen in Exhibit B.

III. CHARGES
2 Charges of Illicit Buff Trafficking


IV. SENTENCING
$3,500 fine and 35 minutes in jail for 2 charges of Buff Trafficking

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

MOTION TO DISMISS



The defence moves that the complaint in this case be dismissed, and in support therefore, respectfully alleges:



1. The Plaintiff has engaged in Criminal action by possession of Illicit Buff and therefore the Defence also wishes to fill a Countersuit.



2. Since the alleged Crime happend it has been almost a month therefore this should be treated as a waste of the courts time and a Frivolous Case and Filing.[/Motion

Plea Deal

Your Honor, the prosecution and defendant have reached a plea deal consisting of the following:

The defendant agrees to plead guilty to 2 counts of illicit substance trafficking in exchange for a $2,500 fine and 60 minutes of jail time.
