Criminalize the donation of illegal items in government donation chest/barrels
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “The Smol Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
- Possessing illegal weaponry and alcohol is a crime, but there is no crime against donating these illegal items.
- Trafficking and distributing illegal drugs is a crime, but there is no crime against donating these illegal items.
- It is a waste of time for those having to sort through donations as well as a waste of chest space.
- Clears the government department or organization of any wrongdoing in relation to possession of an illegal item.
3 - Illegal Weaponry, Alcohol, and Drugs
- Illegal Weaponry refers to weapons of mass destruction as laid out by the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act and any future amendments to this act.
- Illegal Alcohol refers to illegal alcoholic substances as laid out by the Alcoholic Substance Abuse Act and any future amendments to this act.
- Illegal Drugs refers to illegal drugs as laid out by the Drugs Reform Act, the MDMA Legalization Act, the Ripple Act, and all future amendments to the listed acts and any future pieces of legislation that deal with drug legality.
4 - Government Donation Chests and Barrels
- A government donation chest or barrel is any chest set-up on government property that’s lock type is set to Donation

- Hereby establishes the following criminal offense for donating illegal weaponry, alcohol, and drugs to government donation chests/barrels:
Donating illegal weaponry, alcohol, or drugs into government donation chests
First Offense: $50 fine and confiscation of illegal items
Second Offense: $100 fine and confiscation of illegal items
Third Offense: $200 fine and confiscation of illegal items
