POINT OF LAW

The witness must answer the original questions, otherwise we have an unfair trial where the witness selectively answers only one side's questions, which can entirely destroy the other's defense.

I ask that the court consider ordering the witness to respond, and perhaps repeatedly charging them with contempt until they answer.

This would require the witness to answer.

Your Objection is sustained

The Court requires @TheMostGoatted123 to answer the questions or they will be held in contempt again. However, should they not respond we will be moving on.

They have 24 Hours
 
Seeing as the witness has not presented themselves to the court within the extended period of time, the court hereby holds them in Contempt of Court and orders the DOJ to fine and jail them accordingly. @TheMostGoatted123 You are to answer the questions, next time the punishment will be more sever. You have 12 Hours
 
@TheMostGoatted123 is hereby held in contempt as a serial offender, the court orders them to appear before the court.

The department of justice will fine and jail them accordingly. They have 12 hours to submit answers to the questions. Failure to do so will result in even more sever sentences.

Dragon Law wishes to withdraw from this case as consul as the plaintiff is not responding in the court room or to our requests to make a response to the witness questions
 
The court here by dismisses this case without prejudice. It is a parent to this court that the plaintiff isn’t responding to his own council or to the court proving that he isn’t even interested in pursuing the case. Should they wish to re-file they are more than welcome to do so.

The Federal Court of Redmont thanks everyone for their time.
