Recognize Trial by Rock Paper Scissors
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Trial by Rock Paper Scissors Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Reasons
(1) Court cases can be long and tiring and that ends up taking a player's time.
(2) A game of chance can never hurt anyone especially when a decision is provided.
(3) Court cases aren't fun and usually, the Plaintiff and Defendant will try to come to a resolution despite suing each other.
(4) With the implementation of this, players have many more choices in how they want to perform their court cases.
3 - Terms
Rock Paper Scissors Solution
(1) Instead of ruling in favor of the defendant or plaintiff, the court or players may decide that a trial by Rock Paper Scissors to resolve the conflict will occur. The game of Rock Paper Scissors will be played with in-game or out-of-game items by the Plaintiff or Defendant and anyone who is helping them with said case. The winner of the game will be decided by whoever gets the most points out of 10. If both players end up getting 5 points each, both will play in a tiebreaking round to decide who wins.
(2) Trial by Rock Paper Scissors is a choice and an agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant is needed to do so.
(3) Both the Plaintiff and Defendant can request for this to be held in front of an audience so players can watch it all unfold.
