IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

TukyyyMC (represented by Dragon Law Firm)
Plaintiff
v.

MountaineersMC0
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
The defendant has killed a guard dog which was much beloved by the plaintiff, causing severe emotional damages and distress. The defendant clearly and willfully ignored the warnings on the signs outside of the building warning of the consequences of such a killing. The defendant must pay accordingly

I. PARITIES
1. TukyyyMC
3. MountaineersMC0

II. FACTS
1. On December 13th, 2024, at 2:44 PM UTC, the defendant heinously killed a dog owned and beloved by the plaintiff.
2. The plaintiff has raised the dog since birth, gaining a deep love for it ever since it was a puppy
3. The plaintiff took great care of the dog, certifying that it was a good, loving dog.
4. The sign outside the casino that the dog was guarding states that anyone who kills the guard dog would be sued. The defendant showed clear contempt for this

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant killed a dog much loved by the plaintiff. It is outrageous and heinous to take such a loved thing from someone without a second thought. The defendant shows willful neglect and contempt for the emotional connections that he has to the dog. Such horrific actions deserve just compensation, although no amount of money can return the dog or undo the horrific act that has occurred. The defendant decided to willfully defy warnings stated on the sign, and deprived the defendant of his dog that was of physical, economic, and most importantly, emotional costs to the plaintiff. The money is not only intended to provide relief to the plaintiff, but to also provide proper punishment and deterrent for future cases, to ensure that no other person has to be subjected to the same thing that the plaintiff has been.
2. Under the Legal Damages Act, the plaintiff has suffered emotional distress and was damaged as a result of the brutal and heinous murder of his much beloved dog. The plaintiff was hurt by the heinous contempt for this law shown by the defendant.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the defendant:
1. For the defendant to pay the plaintiff $10,000 for emotional damages, 1/5 of the maximum allowed in the law
2. $5,000 in legal fees, the maximum allowed by the law
3. $7,000 in punitive damages to property punish the defendant to certify something outrageous like this will never happen again
4. $1,000 to replace the dog

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

DATED: This 18th day of December, 2024
