Amend the Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Weapons Of Mass Destruction Update Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative lcn.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative qsdt.

2 - Reasons
(1) RPGs can kill groups of players in one shot, just like Fatmans.
(2) To protect the citizens of Redmont.

3- Amendment
(1) The Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act shall be amended as follows:

"7 - Weapons of Mass Destruction
(1) The following items are hereby deemed to be weapons of mass destruction:
(a) Fatman
(b) Mininuke
(c) RPG
(d) Homing RPG Launcher
(e) Rocket
(2) The ingredients to these items are not illicit."

4- Implementation
(1) No player shall be arrested or fined for Weapons of Mass Destruction Trafficking or Weapon of Mass Destruction Possession when the weapon of mass destruction in question is an RPG, Homing RPG Launcher, or Rocket, until two weeks (14 days) after this Act is signed into law.
(2) All offenses shall be given a verbal warning, and shall be struck from the offender's criminal record.
