Amend the Constitution and the Legislative Standards Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Who's Reading This in 2025? Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. zLost.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. Cashtron527.

2 - Reasons
(1) The following clause in the LSA makes zero sense when you read it.
(2) To make the clause more clearer.

3 - Amendment

11 - Acts of Congress

(1) When amending a Bill everything being edited or changed to the bill must be highlighted in this way.
(a) Any text being removed from the bill must be in made a shade of red and made bold.
(b) Any text being added to the bill must be in made a shade of green and made bold.
(c) Any changes to the wording of the text in a bill must be made a shade of yellow and be made bold.
(d) Any comments in a bill must be made a shade of blue.
(i) Comments are simply directions for the implementation of the bill or clarifications for people reading the bill and are not actually part of the law.
(ii) Comments will be removed once the bill has passed.

(d) In addition changes made must be clear so the previous bill in its entire before any edits must be posted on the thread so it is clear what is being changed.
(e) Any changes to a bill during its draft phase must be made clear, this can be done by adding a comment at the end of the bill stating what has been changed.
