Repealed by Wilderness Laws Clarification 3.0 Act
A
BILL
To
Amend the Rules & Laws
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Wilderness Laws Clarification Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been proposed by Rep. ANDREASP15
(4) This Act has been authored by Sen. zLost
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. Yeet_Boy
2 - Reasons
(1) There is confusion over which laws apply in the wilderness and which don't.
(2) This act aims to fix that, which is very needed.
3 - Amendments
Section 9.0 of Wilderness & Wildlife in Rules & Laws will be changed from:
Griefing of unregioned player property and PvP in the wilderness is allowed;
Players are unable to mine, grief or construct 500 blocks from the City;
You are allowed to claim up to 4096 blocks of land in the wilderness, which disallows other players to grief you;
Unless given permission, your region needs to be at least 20 blocks away from another player’s region;
It costs $10/block to claim land in the Wild and Regions in the wild where the owner is inactive for more than 3 months will have the region deleted. This will not be vaulted.
To:
Griefing of unregioned player property and PvP in the wilderness is allowed;
Players are unable to mine, grief or construct 500 blocks from the City;
You are allowed to claim up to 4096 blocks of land in the wilderness, which disallows other players to grief you;
Unless given permission, your region needs to be at least 20 blocks away from another player’s region;
It costs $10/block to claim land in the Wild and Regions in the wild where the owner is inactive for more than 3 months will have the region deleted. This will not be vaulted. The only laws (except Animal Abandonment, Animal Murder, Pet Overcrowding, and Shelter Animal Murder) that apply in the wilderness are the ones that are in this section.
The message you get when you enter the wilderness will be changed from:
You are entering the wilderness. You can now PvP and break/place blocks. Rules apply, laws do not.
To:
