By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, xLayzur, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

CLARIFICATION OF DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE UNFINING

I, President xLayzur, hereby through the executive power granted to me in law through the Constitution of Redmont, reaffirm that only the Secretary of Justice has the power to execute the unfining of money from government accounts ordered by the Judicial Branch of Redmont.
