COMPLAINT
The plaintiff was contracted to demolish KingBOB99878's plot. Per the defendant's instructions, this involved the removal of the entire upper house, the roof, and the removal of stone brick and quartz from the basement. The defendant agreed to pay $6,000 for this service. The defendant closely supervised the job and provided a pickaxe to get it done. The demolition was completed in about three hours. The defendant did not pay the $6,000.

II. FACTS
1. On April 6th, 2025, the defendant offered Ethamn the opportunity to demolish his house and remove the bulk of the basement (stone brick and quartz) for $6,000.
2. The defendant supervised the demolition throughout the job. He gave the defendant plugin permission to alter his property.
2. The defendant informed the plaintiff that he would not pay due to issues withdrawing funds. However, he offered the plaintiff an additional opportunity to fill in his basement. This was refused pending the original $6,000 payment.
3. Payment in $6,000 has not been received.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The contract was valid pursuant to §6 of the Contracts Act: an offer was made by the defendant, accepted by the plaintiff, and consideration delivered by the plaintiff. Therefore by failing to fulfill his obligation to pay $6,000, the defendant is liable for Breach of Contract pursuant to §7(1) of the Contracts Act.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $6,000 in compensatory damages for the amount owing under the contract.
2. $2,000 in punitive damages for the defendant's outrageous conduct in permitting the job to run on for hours despite knowing he would not pay.
3. $6,000 in legal fees pursuant to §9(c) of the Legal Damages Act for the opportunity cost of acquiring myself as legal representation.
V. EVIDENCE
The plaintiff tenders Jeygame7816 as a witness for the purpose of providing additional evidence of the existence of the contract.
The defendant's plot with the excavation completed (it has since been partially filled in)
A shulker box locked on the plot by the defendant, evidencing his ownership of the plot.
The plaintiff is shown breaking a block on the property, demonstrating that he has been given plugin permissions to alter the plot by the defendant.
The defendant is shown acknowledging the existence of the contact and reiterating his promise to pay.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
