- Reason for the Appeal: In [2024] DCR 8, one of the prayers for relief was Legal Fees. OneMain collects legal fees from each case if possible as they pay out to their Attorneys. For example, In [2024] FCR 31, Dartanman, who was representing themselves and received some type of legal fees. Even though I own the company. I do not pocket all money and some of the money we receive back goes towards Legal, even though I am representing which is why we try to collect if possible. At the end of the day we are a business.
- Additional Information: We are only appealing the prayer for relief that the Judge denied, not the entire case.

This appeal is denied. While legal fees are sometimes granted should a case be self-filed, this case was filed by the plaintiff for the benefit of their own company, not for a law firm or from an owner of a law firm. Furthermore, the case did not receive a response, and was a clear cut contract law case, legal fees would be exorbitant.
