I am representing a client

Who is your Client?: Krisztie

File(s) attached

What Case are you Appealing?: [2025] FCR 13

Link to the Original Case: Lawsuit: Adjourned - Krisztie v. zko0 [2025] FCR 13

Basis for Appeal: The presiding judge stated, "As of March 12, 2025, emotional damages are no longer defined in the Legal Damages Act, and I therefore will not be awarding the requested $100,000.'"

However, the case was filed on February 7, 2025.

Section 4, Subsection 4(b) of the Standardized Criminal Code Act states: "Any legislation that has passed after a lawsuit has been filed, will not be considered in that lawsuit, nor in the appeal of that lawsuit and the case that takes place if the appeal for that lawsuit has been accepted. Congress may override Ex-Post Facto through a bill, however such a bill will require supermajority in both chambers."

I respectfully request that the court grant emotional damages to my client and update my legal fees accordingly.

Supporting Evidence: Act of Congress - Standardized Criminal Code Act

The Supreme Court declines to hear this case. Given other errors in the federal case, not getting emotional damages is harmless. We see no need to do anything with the Judge's decision.
