COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
In his own words:

I logged onto the server and noticed my balance was very low from what it had been and so I checked my csn and saw all of the sales that were illegal to my casino and none of the $500 tokens sold to me were truly won in the machine which ended up being around $106,500.

I. PARTIES
1. _Zab_, a citizen of DemocracyCraft
2. ObamasFart, a citizen of DemocracyCraft
3. Nannner, a citizen of DemocracyCraft

II. FACTS
1. The Plaintiff, _Zab_, owns and operates Onyx Casino where citizens can bet dollars ($) to play chance games, such as slots. If a player wins, they are rewarded with a jackpot token that can be exchanged for dollars ($) at the Onyx Casino's entrance.
2. There are multiple signs at the entrance telling Citizens that although it is possible to replicate tokens and create fake tokens, doing so is against casino rules.
3. One of the Defendants, ObamasFart, created $43,000 of fake jackpot tokens.
4. One of the Defendants, Nannner, created $63,500 of fake jackpot tokens.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Due to the actions of the Defendant(s), the Plantiff lost in excess of $100,000 and was forced to close the Onyx Casino.
2. The Plaintiff had to refrain from buying items and conducting life as usual due to this extreme loss of money.
3. The Defendant(s) breached a contractual obligation to not create fake jackpot tokens, as is stated in the casino rules.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensatory Damages for the money lost due to Nannner's actions, $65,000 from the balance of Nannner.
2. Compensatory Damages for the money lost due to ObamasFart's actions, $45,000 from the balance of ObamasFart.
3. Compensatory Damages for the money lost due to closing Onyx Casino, $1,000 from each Defendant's balance.
4. Compensation from legal fees incurred, $125 from each Defendant's balance.

The court hereby summons the Defendants, Nannner and ObamasFart, to the court. If they do not respond within 24 hours, a default judgement will be made in favor of the plaintiff.

Each Defendant must indicate as to whether they wished to be tried individually or together.

This case is hereby adjourned in favor of the Plaintiff, as both Defendants did not respond to their court summons within 24 hours.

The court orders the Department of Justice to:
(a) Take $66,125 from the balance of Nannner, consisting of the;
(b) Take $46,125 from the balance of ObamasFart
(c) Transfer the funds to the Plaintiff, _Zab_
