Define and Establish Safe Zones​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “A Safer Safety Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Sen. Nacholebraa
(4) This Act has been authored by: Sen. Nacholebraa

2 - Reasons
(1) While the government intends to further restrict and prevent members of the criminal world from doing specific actions in ‘safe zone’ it’s also essential we further prevent government action from occurring within safe zones.
(2) The Department of Justice often takes the chase out of the arrest. Officers merely ask criminals to spawn without informing them of the reason, just casually having them go to spawn then arresting them as soon as they spawn in. This is unfair to criminals as they also deserve to have a safe zone awarded to them under the law as they are equal to everyone.

3 - Terms
(1) The Department of Justice is prohibited from conducting official business actions while within the confines of a safe zone. These actions include all activities of a member of the Department of Justice.
(2) The Department of Justice cannot direct individuals to safe zones for official business.

4 - List of approved SafeZones
(1) All Spawn locations
(2) All Hospital Locations
(3) All protected areas within the wild warps
(4) All support warps

This bill has been voted because we need to stay tough on crime and this would make it even more difficult for our already burdened police force.
