A
Bill
To
Implement Chest Shop Taxation
The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as "AE Treasure Chest Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by Representative Aezal
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative BlogWorldExpo
2 - Reasons
(1) The government runs at a deficit, and no matter how we tax the current methods of income, or balances, without radical changes we cannot turn that around.
(2) Chest Shops are an untapped source of tax income. With just 5% we could sustain all of the UBI program. (3) Chest Shop taxation encourages newer players to get out in the wild and play the game a bit
3 - Taxation
(1) Chest Shops will be taxed at a rate of 5%
(2) Chest Shop taxation only applies to buy-signs (client purchases from shop)
