The grants codified apply to very few companies. Just by accepting the already available grants, your company becomes ineligible for the first 3 benefits as your company is then worth at least $15,000. This system would likely lead to disadvantaging players that are unaware of this while players who are aware of this would apply for employment grants first, then for other grants to effectively boost their grant cap by $2,250 despite employing no one other than the owner. Additionally, the overwhelming majority of companies worth less than $50,000 hire few to no employees, not because of a lack of money but because of a lack of need. Businesses only hire when employees are needed, and that happens at scale, excluding larger companies from these benefits sounds good on the surface but those are the only companies that have the need for employees at all.
