Amend the Building Regulation Evasion Punishments​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the " Building Regulation Evasion Amendment Act July 2021" or "BREA Act July 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
(3) This act is co-authored by Reaperay and co-sponsored by ReinausPrinzzip

2 - Reasons
Some people, in order to evade the eviction of their plot, decide to join for some seconds or minutes so the information plugin says they have been online in the last 30 days and the inactivity clause can't be used. This bill will help fix that as it will be a requirement to have a minimum amount of monthly playtime to be considered that the person in question is active.

3 - Amendment

Owner Veto

Playtime requirement is too high. A player who gets on for a couple of hours a week (i.e. during exam periods or periods of personal difficulty) shouldn't have their plots removed from them.
