COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: The plaintiff had a contract with the defendant in which he gave them a loan. This loan was due May 2nd and has yet to have been returned.
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1. ClockWork Bank (LuckyPerms)
2. Not_Lilpowpow
II. FACTS
1. The defendant was given a loan of $2500 with a 10% interest on April 24th. (Ev. 2)
2. The loan was to be returned with interests on the 2nd of May. (Ev. 2 & 3)
3. It is now the 10th of May and no attempt of fulfilling the rest of the contract has been made by the defendant.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant gave his signature and acknowledged the contract’s existence
2. The defendant has not fulfilled their part of the contract
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $2500 dollars, to repay the original loan
2. $250 dollars, interest on the loan
3. $500 for both legal fees and any damages/loss of profits
Evidence 1 (Permission to Represent ClockWork Bank)
Evidence 2 (Original Contract + Signature)
Evidence 3 (Acknowledgment of due date, May 2nd)
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
