COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
Over the last 48 hours, El_Mencho has falsely claimed that he is an employee of multiple Departments, such as the Department of Justice, the Department of Construction and Transportation, the Department of State, and the Department of Education and Commerce.

PROSECUTING AUTHORITY REPORT
The Defendant has engaged in several instances of Government Impersonation and Harassment.

I. PARTIES
1. Neemfy (Prosecutor)
2. El_Mencho (Defendant)

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant has been using the /ad command to advertise employment for the listed Departments, while claiming that he is a member, or the Secretary, of the Department.
2. The Defendant has been recreating the Department’s Discord servers, and linking invites to these servers in their advertisements. The servers usually look very similar to the source material, however deviate slightly, such as a “#undercover-application”, shown in the evidence.
3. The Defendant has said multiple times in chat that they are a “Member of the DOJ”, the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Justice, or the Secretary of the Department of Justice.
4. The Defendant is shown harassing Secretary awwimnicki0202 using /msg.
5. The Defendant is shown being given a verbal warning against Government Impersonation by awwimnicki0202, then disregards the warning.
6. The Defendant has been shown using official Department of Justice advertisements in the DemocracyCraft Discord.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. 28 counts of Government Impersonation (Law 17.15)
2. 1 count of Harassment (Law 13.9)

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. $28,080 fine and 60 minutes jail ($1,000 fine and 10 minutes per count of Government Impersonation, $80 fine for 1 count of Harassment.)

Verdict

The court hereby finds the defendant, El_Mencho, GUILTY of 28 counts of Government Impersonation and 1 count of Harassment due to the defendant's guilty plea.

Due to the defendant pleading guilty, the court will reduce the recommended sentencing. The court sentences El_Mencho as follows:

1. $18,200 fine for Government impersonation and an $80 fine for Harassment (a total fine of $18,280).
2. 40 minutes in jail.
