The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

The Defendant has shown that he planned, yet did not execute, an attempt to assassinate Lord_Donuticus (I will call this person "Donut" for the remainder of this case)

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. LieutenantDerp99 wrote and shared a document that included a plan to murder Donut.
2. The Conspiracy Act says, "If An Individual/entity(business/organisation) intends to commit a crime they can be charged with 'Conspiracy'." and allows for a fine of $50 to $1000 and jail time of 5 minutes to an hour for Conspiracy to Commit a Misdemeanor. Additionally, Law 13.5 describes murder.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. One count of Conspiracy to Commit a Misdemeanor

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. For Conspiracy to Commit a Misdemeanor: $100 fine and 10 minutes in jail.

V. EVIDENCE
1. I have attached a PDF of the document written by the Defendant.

1. Does not dispute the charges presented by the plaintiff

1. The court believes that the defendant did in fact conspire to commit a misdemeanor by writing and sharing the document.

IV. DECISION
1. I am ruling in favor of the plaintiff and granting a full prayer for relief.
