Establish of Program for Congressional Exchange​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Congressional Exchange Program”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by hugebob23456.
(4) Co-Sponsored by awwwimnicki and Xerxesmc.

2 - Reasons
(1) Allows members of the chambers of Congress to be exposed to and gain experience in the opposing chamber of Congress.

3 - Terms
(1) The President may, with the majority consent of both chambers of Congress, exchange members between the two chambers, so long as neither chamber is made to exceed its maximum capacity.
(2) In the time that these members are exchanged, they may wield all of the powers that would regularly be granted to them as a member of their chamber, and lose all powers that would regularly be granted to the chamber of which they were previously a member.
