Amend the congressional process
1 - Short title and Enactment
(1) This act may be titled "Congressional Process Amendment Act (February 2021)"
(2) This act shall take affect upon signage
(3) Authored by _Austin27_ with creative influence from LilDigiVert
2 - Purpose
After speaking with President Krix and hearing about the current congressional process, an idea came to mind. As it stands, the President must sift through the Senate forum to find which bills need to be signed. This act will eliminate that sifting and streamline the process, arguably making it more realistic too.
In real life, the President doesn't go to the Senate to sign bills - the bills come to his desk. That is what this bill aims to do.

(1) Upon the signage of this bill the server administration will establish the forum.

(1) Upon signage, the following will be changed in the congressional process forum:
(2) "(a) If the Bill is passed, the Vice President will move the bill to the Congressional forum, notifying the President for their assent;" will change to "(a) If the bill is passed, the Vice President will move the bill to the President's Desk forum and will notify the President for their assent;"
